I finally had my mechanic fix it while he was working on something else, and it wasn't that expensive to fix. How do you take each individual wire out of the harness sleeve to repair crimped wires?? Btw, there is a soldering video on you tube TO fix this issue if my quick fix doesn't work for you Was this answer helpful? because of everything else that I have replaced, and the way it runs.

Pull the gauge cluster out and where u see the big plugs on the other side of these u need to re flow the connections. horn works. If you still feel up to doing it yourself, I would recommend getting a battery-powered soldering iron from Radio Shack. What I did was go get a soldering gun and electrical soldering wire.
