If the fan spins spins, but no air comes out, there is a good chance that one of the vaccuum hoses between the heater control and the heater has come loose. You can't really 100% diagnose this unless you cut it open after you take it out of the car/truck. If it isn't you have a problem. Not blowing AC/heat Lincoln Town Car 2000?
