2005 Dodge Neon Radiator Fan Not Working


I don't think there are any Chrysler products built in the last 15 years or so that let the fans run with the key off. What do I need check next to get the fans working? I have found that, when u are not quite sure about the cause of a problem, get parts from a salvage yard that are guaranteed to work.
