I had to take panel off of door and change the door lock actuator. Remember : LF (Left Front) is Drivers Side Front, RR (Right Rear) is Passenger Side Rear. Are you a GM service tech and have buckets of these things collecting dust? since i dont have a wire diagram for that year who knows what it could be. there is a tiny micro-switch in there that must be aligned just right or the door sensor will not work properly. After trying a few of the solutions mentioned here my Dad and I decided to just take the door panel off.

The replacement should take no longer than one hour.Tools needed:-T10 Star Bit-10mm Socket-6 to 8 inch socket extension-Needle Nose pliers-Small flat head screwdriver or prick tool-An additional medium-sized flat head screwdriver navigate here I would say there is a problem with the switch or a connection to the switch in Drivers door.

All the other doors lock fine, but the front passenger door won't lock by itself. see pic Here's another pic just to show you the wires that go directly to the switches and from there the 4 wires that go to the actuator. F. So I think I'm messing up things or wires. The doors will not automatically unlock.
