A few years ago, the right turn signal would not work and it sounded as if there was a short in the steering column. have a peek here I noticed this the exact same time that I noticed the left/right blinker wasn't working.

My Turn signals work as well as my emergency lights even when I tilt the wheel all the way down. See this this pic find connector c214 on bottom 3rd from right.
