Using a second jumper wire and in-line ammeter connect battery voltage to wiper motor terminal No. 5 (Dark Blue/Orange wire terminal). 1999 Ford Ranger Windshield Wiper Problems So far its down to the wire harness, whether its the motor or the harness itself, I am still working on it. Electrical tape was a quick fix for now but the plug doesnt want to work when its pushed completely in, if let out slightly it works fine....go figure Hooligan, May 2, Hopefully it will be up soon and I can have all my systems working.
