Like Mike says #5 goes to the heated seats, but it looks like they are controlled through the cluster and there are circuit breakers in there as well. You may have to register before you can post: click the register link above to proceed. Unless you have side airbags, the back cover will be even more. The driver heated seat recently stopped heating.

So you will take the seven wires and connect them to 7 of the driver's seat's 22 wires with the matching color and stripe. If you have a cheaper warranty, then it may not be covered.
If I had to shell out $1000 to get it repaired, I would probably not bother fixing it.
