Also the turn signal relay receives 12V from the Grn/Wht wire so it will have no effect at this point since we do not have voltage at that wire. After that, the right Turn Signal Light started to blink normally (instead of very fast). Thank you for giving me a reply in such an early morning and thank you for confirming my thoughts.

I don't see it in the same fuse box as the Turn Signal fuse. Careful, it's hot (or should be) even with the car off.
