It worked for IE 11 !!After doing all the Microsoft "fixes" .. Check for SSL 2.0 Try to uncheck that box and check SSL 1.0. Uninstall and re-install Java Player for the Internet Explorer browser. Repair Ie 11 Windows 10 Oh and yes I reset the winsock in DOS already and restarted.
I am so appreciative for the options and explanation! The 64 bit browser can browse the internet and connect to the windows update server.
