Also we had this happen several weeks ago with the gauges going out and we disconnected the battery and re-connected it and everything worked fine until now. Studied repair manual that night, google searched for unified meter and AC Amp and found this thread. This morning while I was driving to school, my instrument cluster just stopped working... At stop lights I have to shift gears at times to get it to move. Mine lasted a day and that's it. It also jerks forward suddenly when it does decide to move. The car jerks backwards when reversing.
