If there is power on the yellow at the dimmer switch the dimmer switch is bad, if there is not power there check for a wiring problem. The bulb size and connector style are 9006 which is the number to name the bulb as in 9005/9006/194/h4/h7/etc. 99-06 trucks and suv's (minus denalis and maybe denalis) have 9006 bulbs have a peek here
