I took the car in this afternoon to my local BMW specialist and £315 later inc VAT I have a working diversity thingy and keys which now lock the car. They give out really easy on my car, so best bet is to just buy a new one and keep that one as a spare. Check This Out

Fuse 38 (5 Amps) was blown. My first key will unlock/lock my car but for some reason half of the time will start my car and the other half won't.
