My car is a 2005 and about 79k miles. OK it was the large black hose that come from the back of the round unit, it was split but only leak when pushed to the side, or probly when braking Is there an easier way? Low Pressure port is on top of passenger wheel well, correct? his comment is here When the discharge check valve leaks back to the suction,(the pressure gage would go from 60 to 120 instantly as the clutch engaged) it opens that relief.
Fan relay is good and wires are connected to fan relays and fans do come on. Dont let a clogged variable orfice valve back in service.. High side ac compressor switch will also disable the system when the freon pressure goes too high >400 psi. They also said the orifice tube is part of the liquid line..and that it comes as an assembly with the dryer.
Hold off on taking yours to the shop. Air flow is fine- form a trickle to a blast just not (very) cold. We have had a new dryer a new compressor,the lines have been checked, it has a new power switch, it has been re-charged at least 4 times -- still doesn't work I checked the fuses and they are all OK. The cooling fans are an ongoing problem and I know when you spend $300 for a fan motor assembly,($600 for turbo model), go ahead and get the relays also.
