1996 Ford F150 Turn Signals Not Working

It is hard to see unless you lay way down and look up at the top of the fuse holder. Signal is on on my dash, but doesn't blink. My turn signals dont work. however, the right signal flashes a little fast (trailer connected or not)and the bulbs are flashing on the trailer,but the right blinker seems to to bleed a little into the left
